The hotel was very smart, clean and tidy, food was good and the staff friendly. It was also convenient for the airport, without suffering from aircraft noise.

The room had central heating, an electronic key card, a work desk, and an incredibly comfortable bed, and it was a pleasure to enjoy the garden view.

Pleasant and fairly clean place with lovely and great staff. Functional-style building, tidy and fantastic rooms with the bedroom, a children bed, as for instance. Satisfactory selection at breakfast including pastries and meats. A brilliant location near restaurants and eateries.

The Bar tender was very helpfull telling us about getting around on the train. Joe our shuttle driver as on time and he was also helpfull with things to do in Hamburg.

Cob webs were in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, and under the caulking around the tub. Glasses, coffee pots, and cups were washed in the bathroom sink, and replaced in the room. (Is this sanitary?) Curtains were not attached to the pulls..just hanging. A work order was sent to the office in writing and the housekeeper tryed to get the mold off of the bathroom wall, but the mold that was under the caluking will not come off.Curtain issue was never address.

Staff were very hospitable and friendly. Aircraft noise was surprisingly low. The buffet dinner was good value and offered good choice. The gym and leisure facilities were acceptable for a general workout and relaxation.

Theer seems to be air cooling in the bedrooms rather than air conditioning and hence it could get warm in summer if the weather is particularly hot.

Very nice stay. the hotel is at less than 5minutes from the airport with the free shuttle. the hotel is around langenhorn markt (super stores like food, and market as well). The U-bhan is 4minutes walking from the hotel and 25 minutes to the city center. the staff are nice and of course speack english, the room are large, very clean, just beside airport but there is not that much noice (good windows) and big silence the evening.

Nothing to say really, the stay was nice, except maybe the shower, very nice , very hot as like, confortable, but change cold or hot during the time you take shower. it is very hard to try to get the water back at the right temperature with soap in the eyes!!!! But nice hotel really, that a small detail.

Room facilities were not as promised on the website: airconditioning was poor, refrigerator/minibar at the room did not work and there was no coffee/tea maker at room.
